Calreticulin mutations are common in myeloproliferative neoplasms and correlate with thrombocytosis. The poster describes the result of our validation study for the calreticulin mutation analysis assay, a molecular test to assist in the diagnosis and management of patients who are suspected of having a myeloproliferative disorder.
