Knight Diagnostic Laboratories can bill insurance, clients, or patients for laboratory services.
If a patient has insurance coverage, Knight Diagnostic Laboratories will bill the patient’s insurance and accept the contracted reimbursement, including copay and deductible. If OHSU is not contracted with the patient’s insurance, the patient will be responsible for any balance due. Please contact your insurance for details of your specific coverage.
Client billing can also be arranged. Invoices are typically sent on a monthly basis.
Alternatively, patients can be billed directly for testing services. Credit card information should be provided, prior to testing. Please contact Client Services at (855) 535-1522 with questions.
